Order Processing & Delivery

Singapore Orders:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Singapore usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Singapore (Mainland only):

• Free shipping for orders S$40 and above.
• Flat rate: SGD 3.90 for orders up to below S$40.
• Tracking is included for all orders.

We are currently offering free shipping on all orders as part of our Launch Campaign, valid until the end of April.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@amenotea.com. We will coordinate with the courier and assist based on their investigation and delivery policies.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
