Refund policy

We take great care to ensure that every AMENOTEA product reaches you in perfect condition.
Due to the nature of tea products, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for teas that have been opened, or for reasons other than damage or defect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@amenotea.com, including your order number and clear photos of the item(s).
We will review your case and arrange a suitable replacement or refund where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

Because our teas are food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

・Change of mind
・Opened or used items
・Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer


Refunds

Refunds are issued only after we have reviewed and approved your request.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Please note that we are unable to process refunds or exchanges after 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
