AOI is a ceremonial-grade matcha from Uji, Kyoto, one of Japan’s most renowned tea-growing regions. Made from tea leaves harvested during the first flush, this single-origin matcha showcases the delicate character and natural depth of Uji tea.

Its vibrant green colour gives way to a refined cup with delicate umami, soft earthy notes and a clean, elegant finish. A gentle bitterness adds balance and depth, creating a smooth and harmonious matcha that is easy to enjoy.
